During the inspection, we will check for any major and minor issues associated with the inside of the unit, including any decks or patios. While the HIABC Scope of inspection does not cover any public areas, the inspector will take a look at any accessible areas and report deficiencies as a curtesy. The inspector does not go over strata minutes or building envelope plans; we recommend you educate yourself on the building envelope, cash reserve, and future planned renovations that may effect you financially in the future.
