Sam Elliott

After nearly a decade as a Primary Care Paramedic, Sam transitioned to home inspecting, combining his passion for safety, construction, and problem-solving. A Kamloops resident since 2013, he graduated top of his class from Carson Dunlop, Canada’s leading home inspection schools.

As a home inspector, homeowner, renovator, and landlord, Sam understands the importance of identifying potential issues for such a large investment. With an objective approach to every inspection, he provides his clients with the information needed to effectively make a decision, safeguarding both their investment and family.

A father of two, Sam enjoys using his expertise to help families make informed decisions. His mission is to inspect each home with the same care he would his own.
